Testimonials - What clients say about theatre-inc

Charles Darwin School is a specialist school for the Performing Arts. We have been delighted this academic year to discover Carly Hainsby's fantastic company 'theatre-inc'. With Carly's help we have hosted four workshops so far, three based on 'Hairspray', our school's 2009 production, and one on 'Sister Act'. The big draw for our students with the workshops is the fact that they are run by artists who are currently or recently in the shows themselves. It is a tremendous opportunity for our students to work with professional practitioners. Carly and all the practitioners have been very happy to be as flexible as we need in order to meet the needs of the school and our students. The workshops have proven popular, beneficial to our students and local community and excellent value for money.

I first contacted Carly Hainsby at theatre-inc in July 2007, Since then, through theatre-inc, Carly has provided me with deputies and workshop leaders when I have needed them at Stagecoach.I wish Carly every success with theatre-inc. I see it as an important resource for my school; the students are inspired by working with successful industry professionals and I know that Carly has the contacts to make that happen.

The students thoroughly enjoyed the whole day, learnt new skills and especially enjoyed talking with Helen on what it's like to work in the West End shows, her own training and the like. From a principal’s point of view I would certainly use theatre-inc again

Stagecoach Staines was fortunate enough to have a theatre-inc workshop in the
spring term of 2008. The day was fun, exciting and full of laughter. The children thoroughly enjoyedthemselves and found the experience very rewarding. The day was well organised on theatre-inc's part and they were a delight to deal with.
Highly recommended!!!! 5 Stars!

The Michaela Rispin Dance Academy has been using theatre-inc since 2007. Students have really enjoyed working with various tutors who have provided a wide and varied array of workshops. I have found tutors to be very professional in their manner, yet keeping the workshops fun and enjoyable. theatre-Inc spend time ensuring they understand what is required by you to ensure they have tailored the workshops to the exact needs of your students. We have found theatre-inc 100% reliable and a pleasure to work with.

Punchy, dynamic, entertaining and fun! A workshop in the hands of theatre-inc is a great way of opening up new ways of looking at dance. Our kids were a mixed bag of experienced and novice for the day and all of them got so much from the workshop. From warm up to an end of day performance to parents we will certainly be back for more.

All artists were highly professional and set high standards and expectations for students. They were friendly and amenable which certainly helped promote a positive working environment for students and staff. All students had a thoroughly enjoyable workshop and said This was the best arts week yet.
Beth Butler, Theale Green Community College

Our Summer School booked through Theatre Inc was fantastic. The kids had a variety of West End Performers to take them through exciting Dance routines, challenging script work and plenty of fun games every day, which left them knowing a lot about the show they studied that day and a little more about the life of a professional performer. The 4 days was fun filled and entertaining and we can't wait to book again for next year!
