Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions explain your rights and obligation; please take the time to read them carefully.

From the point of receiving an initial enquiry for a theatre-inc workshop via telephone or email we will send a booking form for you to complete, sign and return.  We will require a non-refundable deposit of £25.00 to secure the date.

Upon receipt of the completed and signed booking form and the £25.00 non-returnable deposit we will commence arranging your workshop.  You will then be sent a copy of the teachers CV along with our written confirmation of your booking.  The submission of a booking form indicates the client agrees to our terms and conditions.

Two weeks before the theatre-inc workshop we will contact you to confirm all details; at this stage we will require 50% of the full cost of the workshop.

After we have confirmed your workshop if you wish to make any changes you may incur an administration charge of £25.00.  You will be advised of this before you
instruct any changes and payment will be required before the changes to your booking can be made.

If theatre-inc has to change or amend your workshop we will advise you as soon as possible and will offer alternative date/s.  We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your workshop owing to the guest teacher’s unavailability, insufficient number of participants and other factors beyond our control. theatre-inc will not be responsible for any costs incurred.

If a theatre-inc workshop booking is made less than two weeks before the event then 50% of the cost will be required to confirm the booking.

The remainder of the payment is due on the day by cash or cheque.  Alternatively you can pay by bank transfer.

For theatre-inc professional development workshop’s full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

In the event of any problems please speak to the guest teacher on the day so that they may have the opportunity to resolve the issues there and then.  Any other complaints should be made in writing to theatre-inc within 7 days of your workshop or experience day.

Please ensure your entire pupils meet the minimum standard you have advised us of; this will enable everyone to benefit from the workshop.  Theatre-inc are willing to accept any participants onto our workshops regardless of their capabilities and needs; however we need to be advised of these so that we can offer alternative options during the workshop if required.

theatre-inc workshops will have a minimum number of 20 participants and a minimum cost.

Participants who bring valuables and personal property to a theatre-inc workshop do so at their own risk and are responsible for their security.  theatre-inc cannot be held liable for loss or damage to personal items.

For health and safety reasons some workshops have certain size, age and health restrictions.  You are required to inform theatre-inc of any medical conditions you think may be relevant prior to booking.

theatre-inc shall not be held liable of the non -performance of a workshop when an extraordinary event beyond our control prevents us from fulfilling our obligations.

Teachers who are not employed by theatre-inc but are acting as our representatives provide theatre-inc workshops and masterclasses.
